AZUKI TCG PRIVACY POLICY

Welcome to the Azuki Trading Card Game mobile application ("Azuki TCG", or the "App"), developed by Azuki Labs, Inc. ("we", "our", or "us"). Your privacy is important to us, and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose, and protect information when you use the App.

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information when you use the App or create an account:

a) Account Information

  • Full name
  • Username
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Birth date
  • State of residence

b) Authentication & Database Records

  • Account credentials and identifiers stored through our database provider (Supabase)

c) Device & Usage Information

Collected automatically through Expo and other SDKs:

  • Device type and operating system
  • App version
  • Diagnostic logs, crash reports, and performance data
  • General usage analytics (e.g., feature usage, session duration)

d) Location Information

  • Not collected today.
  • In the future, we may process approximate location only (e.g., city-level or region-level) to support a distance-based tournament filter. We will not collect precise GPS location.

e) Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we collect a device push token associated with your device.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Account creation and management
  • Operating and improving the App, including diagnostics, debugging, and performance monitoring
  • User authentication and database services via Supabase
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Push notifications, such as event updates or tournament alerts
  • Future support for approximate location filtering for tournament discovery

We do not sell personal information.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share certain information with service providers that support the App's functionality:

Supabase:

  • Identity and authentication provider
  • Stores account information and user data on our behalf

Expo / Expo Analytics:

  • Collects device, diagnostics, and usage information used for performance monitoring and improving the app

These partners are contractually required to use data only as instructed by us.

We do not share data with advertisers or marketing networks.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account remains active.

When you delete your account through the in-app deletion feature, we delete or de-identify your data from our systems within a reasonable period.

5. User Rights & Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app delete button.

Account deletion permanently removes your personal data from our systems (subject to backup and legal retention requirements).

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we will promptly delete the account and its data.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and secure access controls.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by updating the "Last Updated" date and providing notice in the App or on our website.
